Please Help Salt Cay!

Okay so I'm sure those of you who read my blog heard my plea about signing the petition for the Humpback Whales of Salt Cay. Well Salt Cay REALLY needs your help this time! Because of Hurricane Hanna and Hurricane Ike there has been a lot of damage done to the island. Homes were destroyed there is a good chance there will be no power for up to 6 months! The people on this small island are WONDERFUL and since it is so small the British Government often times forgets about it sadly. There has been something set up so people like you and me can help them though. http://www.saltcay.org/ if you go to this link you will see a link to a pay pal account that has been set up to help. Thank the lord no one was killed or hurt physically, to my knowledge, but the tolls of this on the families I'm sure are extensive. And since Salt Cay is so small anyways everyone becomes sort of family to each other. They could really use your help no donation is to small! If you are able to give please do so. I have been to Salt Cay, my parents live there part of the year, and it is one of the most beautiful and friendly places you will ever see. School Started!

Well school officially began on the 8th of September. I couldnt be happier then to have Rach go for a few hours everyday. It really helps me a lot in the asspect that I am able to get things done that normally I am unable to do. Unfourtintly Im still camera less so no pictures of her first day. But she made new friends and all in all she seems to really enjoy it. There are a few old friends and a bunch of new friends this year and I think she will be very happy. At this point she misses her old friends but in time Im sure she will get over it lol.
